Tutoring

Grades K-8, enrolled in public school OR homeschool curriculum, looking for:

  • One-on-one homework help

  • Group-work math tutoring

  • Phonics/reading tutoring

Tutoring sessions subject to change depending on demand.

Ages 5-8, enrolled in a homeschool curriculum, looking for supplemental instruction and enrichment ~3 days

per week in the following subjects:

  • Reading

  • Writing

  • Math

  • Life Skills

The Perigal House does not provide an accredited homeschool curriculum, only supplements and enriches the student's curriculum.

Advocacy

Grades K-12, enrolled in public school,

looking for someone to:

  • Review IEPs/504s

  • Attend IEP meetings to help facilitate a partnership between parents and schools to ensure a student's educational goals/needs are met

  • Assist in requesting testing for special education

My name is Mrs. Dianna Powell, and I am a National Board Certified Teacher with over 10  years of relevant and dedicated experience as a Special Education Teacher.
